This course covers federal laws as well as state-specific laws so it is valid in all 50 states.

You can complete the course at your own pace. Go back and review any parts you want to brush up on and pass the exam for your certificate. You will have 90 days to the course as most states require the course to be completed within 90 days of being hired.

Additionally, the course consists of materials for all employees so if you get promoted to become a supervisor or manager, your certificate will still be valid.
